Summary

The RFID warehouse management system is an intelligent automated warehouse management system developed based on RFID technology. 1. Warehousing

Import the inventory list into the management system. When labeled items enter the warehouse, the RFID channel door or RFID entry and exit sensor automatically recognizes the label information. If the label information recognized by the label does not match the list, a warning will be issued to remind the administrator to handle it and ensure the accuracy and smoothness of the stored items.

2. Outbound

The management system sends the outbound list to the staff, and the staff selects and loads the goods at the warehouse based on the list in their hands, before outbound. At the warehouse exit, the RFID entry and exit sensors once again identify the label information and verify whether the outbound list is correct. If there is no error, the outbound list is smooth, and if there is an error, a warning reminder is issued.

3. Inventory

Send the inventory list to the RFID handheld inventory machine JY-U7920 in the hands of the warehouse administrator, who will use the handheld inventory machine to quickly and batch inventory items. After the inventory is completed, check the list, confirm the accuracy of the inventory data, check the production inventory report of the handheld inventory machine, and upload the report to the RFID warehouse management system.

4. Illegal entry and exit alarm

When the RFID entry and exit sensors at the entrance and exit of the warehouse identify unauthorized labels, they mark and identify the labels and issue warning prompts to ensure that materials are not lost without reason.

5. Multidimensional Report Management

Data informatization management, real-time generation of multiple data reports, providing multi-dimensional data information, allowing managers to understand the current operation of the warehouse in real time.

6. User level management

Specify management permissions based on the actual situation, and set sub accounts with different permissions to adapt to the use of multi-level and multi departmental units.
